Flight Booking Terms
The total price includes all applicable government taxes. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
- There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights even if airlines provide a refund.
- Meals, frequent flyer miles, and special service requests are on a request basis only and subject to airline confirmation.
- Kindly ensure your passport has a validity of minimum 6 months and you have relevant visa/immigration clearance.
- To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months old throughout the entire itinerary.
- Infants & Child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
- All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / Supplier.
- As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights. For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
Flight Amendment Policy
- Roz Travels can assist you with amendments to most bookings. However, in some cases, you may be required to contact the airline directly.
- All bookings are subject to amendment charges as per the airline's rules, which vary by airline, route, and fare type. These charges are non-refundable, even if the booking is cancelled after amendment.
- If you amend your booking, you will be required to pay any difference in fare applicable at the time of change. If the revised fare is lower than the original fare, the difference will not be refunded, and only applicable rebooking or amendment charges will be collected.
- In addition to the airline's charges, Roz Travels levies a non-refundable amendment handling fee of INR 400 per passenger per segment for domestic bookings within India.
- Some discounted or special fare bookings may not be eligible for amendments, as per airline policies. Alternatively, you may also choose to amend your booking directly by contacting the respective airline's customer support.
Refund & Cancellation
Every booking made via Roz Travels is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
- Convenience fees (₹450) is non-refundable in all cases.
- Booking under special fares are fully Non-Refundable / Non-Changeable.
- Roz Travels cancellation service fees (₹400) shall be applicable in the event of cancellation of the flight by the customer.
- In case of flight cancellation by passenger, airline charges along with convenience fees & service fees are deducted.
- Cancellation Charges: Airline charges + Roz Travels service fees (₹400) + Convenience fees (₹450).
- Roz Travels will process your refund only after the respective airline or service provider has processed and released the eligible refund to us.
- Refund timelines are subject to the airline's internal processing and approval procedures, and Roz Travels shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the airline or service provider.
- Once the refund is received by us, it will be processed to your original mode of payment within the standard processing time (up to 7 working days).
- Roz Travels shall not be liable for any refunds in cases where an airline suspends operations, shuts down, or becomes insolvent or bankrupt; any refund will be processed only after the amount is actually received in our bank account from the airline, and if any refund is issued based on airline assurance, Roz Travels reserves the right to recover such amount if the airline later becomes non-operational.
Privacy Policy
Roz Travels contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites.
- You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your Password & Credit/Debit Card numbers.
- The user hereby consents that they have read and fully understand the privacy policy of Roz Travels.
- Roz Travels will not be liable for any direct loss, damage, or cost caused by the usage of this website.
User Agreement
This website is published & maintained by Roz Travels. The agreement between the User and Roz Travels is a binding contract.
Roz Travels reserves the right to change the terms & conditions under which the services are offered. The user is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.
